My Bio
I have been an active Equestrian for more than 50 years. I trained under Captain Vladimir S. Littaur, on Long Island in the 1960's.(See below) I rode in the 1964 Medal Finals in Madison Square Garden, and won the Maclay trophy at the "A" rated North Shore Horse Show, in Stony Brook, Long Island, NY under Judge Stephen Hawkins. In addition to training my own Medal/Maclay horse, Fighting Chance , I sucessfully trained and exhibited two of my own High Score Hunters, "Ad Lib" and "On Call."
I trained and exhibited his lovely homebred "Golden Power"(pictured below) For Mr. John M. Schiff of Oyster Bay, NY,During 1967 I had the honor of fox hunting with the Meadow Brook Hounds.
I relocated to Maryland in 1988, where I have trained and shown two high score TB hunters, Air Mal and Greatthingstocome. In 2000 my first foal, a lovely TB filly, Vanessa Herself, was born. The farm was named for her posthumously. I am now concentrating on breeding and exhibiting gorgeous American Made Warmbloods!
